Head of Operations Planning & Performance

Reporting to the Business Partner Planning & Performance Management, you will lead a team of analysts to support the Operations Territories (and the Business Partner for Network) on all aspects of planning and performance. You will provide financial analysis, challenge the robustness of forecasts and make high-level analysis and recommendations. You will also lead and develop the planning process for demand and supply plans for all areas of Operations across the Royal Mail Group.

- Qualified Accountant

- Significant experience within a complex financial environment
