Financial Controller

Reporting to the Site MD with a functional line responsibility to the business stream FD, you will have full responsibility for the business unit's finance, providing business support and strategic direction.

Responsibilities will include:

·Development and control of Financial and Management reporting process

·Provision of direction for the strategic planning and annual budget processes

·Provision of Lead Finance input on all key commercial decisions and new ventures

·Financial representation to GKN management, external investors, customers and suppliers

The successful candidate will be qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with strong commercial awareness gained in a progressive environment. With outstanding communication and influencing skills you will be able to demonstrate experience of developing teams, systems and processes to drive performance.
